ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product / products whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the semifragrances.com website of the Seller.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT / PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT The Type and Type, Quantity, Brand / Model, Colour and Sales Price of the Products have been declared during the order process as this information is included.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The Buyer declares that he / she has read and informed all information regarding the basic qualities, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product / products subject to this Agreement and that he / she has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. This Agreement has entered into force upon approval by the Buyer electronically and shall be executed upon delivery of the product(s) to the Buyer by the Seller.

4.3. The Seller shall deliver the product(s) subject to the Contract to the Buyer or the person/organisation at the address indicated by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the date the order is placed by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product / products subject to the contract to him or the person / organisation at the address indicated by him, without any justification and without penal clause.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller within this period and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 6 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorised in disputes that may arise from this Agreement.

ARTICLE 7 – ENFORCEMENT This Agreement has entered into force by being approved electronically by the Buyer.
