Return and Exchange Policy:

Unused Product: The perfume requested for return or exchange must be unused. The products must be unopened, in original packaging and undamaged.
Return Period: A return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Return Procedure: Our customer service should be contacted for the return process. During the return process, the invoice of the product must also be sent.
Exchange Process: In case of exchange request, the product will be processed taking into account the stock status.
Shipping Fee: In return and exchange transactions, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller if the product is defective. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.
